Magister Now👇

Curious about how I made this masterpiece?

Check out the FAQ below where I answer all the common questions!

I made this work in 2021 as part of ‘The Pantheon of Waste Deities’ collection.

I used bottle caps, drink cans, and pop, along with a glue cap from a tube I use in all my works.

YES…

The image represents Mindfulness, a concept I first encountered in 2021. And the statue represents the Master of Now, a personification of living in the present.

On the pedestal, you’ll find the words: “Wake up, O sleeper! Rise up!” encouraging us all to become mindful and aware ourselves.

Duh  👇

The hat of the Magister is made from the glue cap I use for all my works. Talk about creative recycling!

And if I were you, I’d hurry up. Because this is a one-of-a-kind piece. And once it’s gone, it’s gone. FOREVER.

P.S.
