In Dreams, after Marc Chagall (Village Pleasures)👇

Curious about how I made this masterpiece?

Check out the FAQ below where I answer all the common questions!

I created it in 2020 as part of my Recycling the Masters series.

I used bottle caps, metal lids, and acrylic paint on MDF. The materials themselves represent the waste society often overlooks.

YES…

I took a tiny detail from Marc Chagall’s Village Pleasures and made it bigger.

That’s it. Super simple.

Now, what was my goal? To challenge what society views as beautiful and valuable and what not. While at the same time highlighting pressing issues such as consumption and waste.

The ‘Recycling the Masters’ series was a smashing success. Sold 11 out of 13 works. And received a ton of positive feedback.

And this work is one of the final works from the collection NO ONE has bought yet.

Which brings me to the next section.

If you love this work and want it to be yours...

Sounds good?

And if I were you, I’d hurry up. Because this is a one-of-a-kind piece. And once it’s gone, it’s gone. FOREVER.

P.S.

If this one’s not your style, no worries 😉 — I’ve still got a bunch of other works you haven’t seen. YET…
